MINUTES
Attending: Jim Newman (Chairman), Juli Vanderhoop, Gary Haley, Jeffrey Madison (Administrator)
Jim Newman called the meeting to order at 12:20 p.m.
First item on the agenda was a discussion of the need to reauthorize someone in addition to Sibel to be a signatory on town accounts. Juli moved and Gary seconded a motion to authorize Wenonah Madison to sign checks on all town accounts and move funds between accounts as required. The Board voted unanimously to approve the motion.
The meeting was interrupted by the Assistant Assessor who delivered a message to the Town Administrator that she would be leaving the Town Offices at 3 p.m. today and would not be at work on Monday March 26 as she is taking a sick day.
There was a brief discussion of the Town Administrator’s efforts to recruit temporary help for the Treasurer during her recovery.
The meeting was adjourned at 12:37 p.m.
