Course and Exam offered by ACE MV, 508-693-9222.
Get certified to serve food! This two day certification workshop, 4 hours each day, is convenient for those with busy schedules. Successful completion of this course and exam meets state and local requirements for a Person in Charge (PIC) of a food service establishment. Textbook, exam, anti-choking training, integrated FDA and State Food Codes and employee training materials are included. For more information on taking the exam online and where to pick up materials, please call the office (508) 693-9222. It is required students pick books up two weeks prior to the start of class and have read them before the first class.
• 2 Saturdays, 9:00am-1:00pm
• Choose from two dates: March 17 & 24 or May 5 & 12
o Please be aware of the dates when you are registering for the course.
• Exam: Final Saturday at 1pm
• Tisbury School Library
• $179
