The Aquinnah Planning Board Plan Review Committee will hold a public hearing at the Aquinnah Town Offices on Tuesday November 14th, 2017 at 6:35pm to act upon a request from John McDonald of East Pasture Road Map 8 Lot 80 for Special Permits under sections 4.3, 13.10-2 and 13.10-3 of the Aquinnah Zoning Bylaws for clearing, cutting and topping of vegetation and trees on Sheriff Meadow Foundation owned properties off East Pasture Road Map 8 Lot 86 & 87.

The Aquinnah Planning Board Plan Review Committee will hold a public hearing at the Aquinnah Town Offices on Tuesday November 14th, 2017 at 6:50pm to act upon a request from Alan Slatas of 7 Rose Meadow Way Map 5 Lot 16 & 20.5 for Special Permits under 3.3-5 & 13.4-7 of the Aquinnah Zoning Bylaws to convert an existing detached bedroom into an accessory apartment where total footprint on a lot will exceed 2000 sf.

The Aquinnah Planning Board Plan Review Committee will hold a public hearing at the Aquinnah Town Offices on Tuesday November 14th, 2017 at 7:15pm to review the temporary conditions designed to mitigate the relocation of the Lighthouse and management plans as permitted in the Special Permit for the Town of Aquinnah dated October 29th, 2014.

The Aquinnah Planning Board Plan Review Committee will hold a public hearing at the Aquinnah Town Offices on Tuesday November 14th, 2017 at 7:45pm to conduct a post completion landscape review for the Lighthouse area and parts of the circle and a post completion/operation review of a temporary plan for pedestrian and vehicular traffic and signage at the Lighthouse and circle as required in the Special Permits for the Town of Aquinnah dated February 4th, 2015 and March 27th, 2015.

The Aquinnah Planning Board Plan Review Committee will hold a public hearing at the Aquinnah Town Offices on Tuesday November 14th, 2017 at 8:30pm to act upon a request from The Town of Aquinnah Community Preservation Committee of 15 Aquinnah Circle Map 6 Lot 25.1 for Special Permits under sections 13.4 & 13.8 of the Aquinnah Zoning Bylaws for relocation and siting of an existing structure within the same lot, addition of open and roofed decks and excavation for crawl space and retaining walls.
