The meeting was called to order by Chairman Vanderhoop at 6:32 p.m.

Assessor Appointment
(Juliann Vanderhoop appointed)
Gary Haley made a motion to appoint Juli Vanderhoop to the Board of Assessors. The motion was seconded by Jim Newman. There was no discussion. The Board voted unanimously to approve the appointment.

Meeting was adjourned at 6:34 p.m.

At 9:03, there not being a quorum present, Gary Haley continued the meeting until 4:00 p.m.

At 4:03 p.m. the meeting was called to order by Juli Vanderhoop with Jim Newman and Gary Haley also in attendance. Brian Vanderhoop also was in attendance. Jeff Madison (Town Administrator).
